Karura Forest Wangari family day(26/09/2015.

We board a Matatu from Olympic stage where Tunapanda Institute is situated, For a day team trip to Karura Forest one of the urban conserved Forest near the city. We Trainers and Apprentices reached safely to our destination but we alighted in wrongly gate entrance of service only but we all energetic to walk searching for event treasures to the Kenya forest environment and education trust ground passing Karura water falls which is 15 meters high with beautiful sceneries. We spotted different species of birds, butterflies and many species of natural trees in a breath taking ecosystem conserved by environmental legend Prof. Wangari Maathai. We reach the KFEET ground and every one signed for Wangari day Passport that shows all activities we participated e.g. treasures hunt, walking safaris and information tents. I really appreciated the Tunapanda Institute founders for being in front line in nature conservation in Africa as they enlighten youth more about self expression in the tech-world.
